Aviation Security Manager Training (11.2.5)
This course is designed for security managers, deputies that have a leadership roles within a reguated entities organisation in the aviation sector and ensures they have an indepth understanding of the National Civil Aviation Security Program (NCASP)
The aviation security managers training incorporates the competencies of supervisor training 11.2.4 and manager training 11.2.5.
The main objective is to ensure that all security managers, deputy security managers with a leadership role within the aviation industry can apply a standardised level of preventative aviation security measures and have the skills and authority to lead others within their organization.
This course will cover the following topics.
Ability to provide mentoring and on-the-job training
Pre-employment checks and background checks
Role & function of security managers & IAA
Development of the Company aviation security programme
Testing and evaluation of security procedures in place
Supervision of security measures
Knowledge of conflict management
Knowledge of how human behaviour can affect security performance
Who is this course designed for?
Any manager, deputy manager or supervisor responsible for the organising and management of staff members within the aviation industry, which includes, regulated agents, known consignors, air carriers, certified hauliers, known suppliers, regulated suppliers, cargo/baggage handling agents.
Course duration & Fee.
The course takes approximately 8 hours and costs 200 Euro per person.
On successful completion of the course participants will be awarded an Aviation Security Management certificate (11.2.4 & 11.2.5) which is valid for 5 years.
